Some Black Spray Paint and Plasti Dip are a quick and easy way to clean up the exterior. We dremeled out the broken A/C cover center and installed Hardware Cloth to keep things from getting into the fan.

We were able to defog the headlights with the ChrisFix method.

A new grille and many coats of satin black spray paint later.

We used Ultimate Compound with an electric buffer to take off old decals and paint defects. A layer of carnauba wax made the van glow.

We sprayed black leak seal across the back ledge to form a clean, rubbery layer.

Problems did occur; the cheap mercedes badge fell off and the roof A/C cover flew off the first time we got on a highway. Quick fixes with epoxy and screws.
